  1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Bubble Guy Cleaning Corp. (the “Company”) for residential, commercial and vacation rental cleaning services.

1.2. By accessing or using the Company’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the services.

  1. Services

2.1. The Company offers cleaning services for residential and vacation rental properties in accordance with the service package selected by the customer.

2.2. The scope and frequency of cleaning services will be outlined in the customer’s service agreement.

  1. Booking and Payment

3.1. Customers can request cleaning services through the Company’s website or by contacting our customer service team.

3.2. Payment is required in advance, and the Company accepts various payment methods, as specified on our website.

3.3. Pricing is subject to change and may vary based on the size of the property, the requested services, and other factors.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1. Changes with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and there will be no charge.

4.2. Cancellation or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, an administrative fee of 50% of the deposit will apply.

4.3. Same-Day Cancellation, Cancellation with the Cleaner Present or Lockout: For same-day cancellations or in the event of a cancellation with the cleaner already at your location or if access is denied the deposit previously paid equivalent to the 50% of the cleaning cost will be charged.

  1. Customer Obligations

5.1. Customers must provide accurate information regarding the property to be cleaned, including any special instructions or restrictions.

5.2. Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1. At Bubble Guy Cleaning, our commitment is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our services. Your experience matters deeply to us. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than satisfied with the cleaning services provided, we encourage you to reach out to us within 24 hours of the service completion. Your concerns are our top priority, and we will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve them to your satisfaction.

While we cannot offer refunds, we are dedicated to ensuring that your experience with Bubble Guy Cleaning meets or exceeds your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right for you.

  1. Liability and Insurance

7.1. The Company carries liability insurance to cover damages caused by our staff while providing cleaning services.

7.2. Customers are encouraged to report any damages or issues within 12 hours of the service. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of cleaning services.

8.1. The Company respects your privacy. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  1. Termination

9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate services to any customer at its discretion.

  1. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

Employee and Contractor Agreement

  1. Introduction

1.1. This Employee and Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Bubble Guy Cleaning Corp. (the “Company”) and its employees and contractors.

1.2. By accepting employment or contracting with the Company, individuals (“Employees” or “Contractors”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  1. Employment Relationship

2.1. Employees: Employees of the Company are subject to the laws and regulations governing employment in Ontario and Canada. The terms and conditions of employment, including work hours, wages, benefits, and other relevant details, will be outlined in a separate employment agreement.

2.2. Contractors: Contractors work on a non-employee basis and are responsible for their own tax withholding, insurance, and other legal and financial obligations. The terms and conditions of the contractor relationship, including payment structure and responsibilities, will be outlined in a separate contractor agreement.

  1. Confidentiality and Non-Compete

3.1. All Employees and Contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the Company’s proprietary information, customer lists, and trade secrets during and after their association with the Company.

3.2. Employees and Contractors may be subject to non-compete and non-solicitation provisions, as outlined in their respective employment or contractor agreements.

  1. Work Schedule and Performance Expectations

4.1. Employees and Contractors are expected to adhere to the work schedule and performance expectations outlined in their employment or contractor agreements.

4.2. Punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering quality services are essential components of the employment and contracting relationships.

  1. Compensation

5.1. Employee Compensation: Compensation for Employees will be as per the terms outlined in their employment agreement, including wage structure, benefits, and any additional compensation components.

5.2. Contractor Compensation: Compensation for Contractors will be as per the terms outlined in their contractor agreement, including payment structure, invoicing procedures, and any other relevant financial arrangements.

  1. Termination

6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the employment or contractor relationship with or without cause, as outlined in the respective agreements.

  1. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

  1. Changes to Agreement

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this Employee and Contractor Agreement at any time. Employees and Contractors will be notified of any changes.
